- Responsible for promoting sales and creating a positive identity for the company through promotional material and personal visits.
- Plays an integral role in helping Right at Home improve the lives of as many people as possible in the community.
- Increases care hours and develops a profitable referral source pipeline.
- Gains market share and pre-plans weekly sales activities.
- Creates opportunities for communication with referral sources and maintains all sales activity in a CRM database.
- Conveys a strong need to win and is energized by developing and meeting annual sales goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with two years of business experience, preferably in a sales or marketing position.
- Excellent computer skills, organized, determined and personable.
- Able to work independently, demonstrating sound judgment.
- Be self-driven and highly motivated to grow the business.
- Previous sales track record in increasing market share.
- Prior experience in the home care or healthcare industries.
- Well-versed in social media engagement.
