About the role
- Interview caregiver candidates (virtual & in-person)
- Make hiring decisions and present offers
- Manage candidates from interview through onboarding
- Keep candidates engaged and moving through the process
- Coordinate onboarding, background checks, and orientation
- Partner with scheduling teams to meet staffing needs
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of business or recruiting experience
- Recruiting, staffing, or sales experience (healthcare a plus)
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Goal-oriented and competitive mindset
- Ability to manage multiple candidates at once
- Ability to work independently
