Requirements

What you’ll need

Passion for teaching: You enjoy sharing knowledge and guiding learners on their educational journey — both via text chat and video.
Subject expertise: You have excellent knowledge in English, German, French, or Economics.
Qualification: You have at least an Abitur (German higher secondary school certificate). A degree in education or further training in pedagogical/didactic methods is a strong plus but not required.
Independence: You work autonomously and can convey learning content effectively and creatively.
Openness and innovation: You are eager to help shape the future of tutoring, to use modern teaching formats, and to support the ongoing development of our product.
