About the role
- Translate business objectives into structured functional capability models.
- Design configurable solution patterns (rules, parameters, workflows, entitlements).
- Define variation logic instead of custom feature specifications.
- Prepare high-quality backlog items aligned with Definition of Ready.
- Maintain traceability from business capability to configuration model to implementation.
- Promote configuration over customization and avoid functional duplication.
- Facilitate requirement workshops and align business and technical stakeholders.
- Ensure non-functional requirements (security, performance, compliance) are embedded.
Requirements
- Strong analytical and modeling capability.
- Experience in configurable or multi-tenant platform environments.
- Knowledge of rule engines, workflow systems, or parameter-driven architectures.
- Familiarity with agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum).
- Systems thinking and structured documentation skills.
- Strong stakeholder facilitation and communication skills.
