About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Receive and review documents to initiate the process;
  • Consult and perform fiscal and tax classification of items in advance;
  • Monitor removals, desovas, TFAs, requirements related to Import Licenses (LIs), and approval of LIs by MAPA and ANVISA/other authorities;
  • Prepare and register Import Licenses (LI) and Import Declarations (DI);
  • Verify and submit files for customs clearance;
  • Schedule processes for registration;
  • Manage currency exchange settlements and monitor issuance of invoices related to exchange rate fluctuations.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in import and export operations;
  • Experience at customs brokerage firms is considered a differential;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, International Relations, Logistics, or related fields;
  • Intermediate to advanced English, focused on reading and writing.
