About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Monitor arrival of shipments at destination customs authorities;
Request removals and re-destinations (DTA and DTC) at terminals;
Link and verify CE with the Bill of Lading (shipment document);
Collect original documents from carriers (shipping lines) and freight forwarders/agents;
Issue cash disbursement requests and process international freight payments;
Request seals for beverages via e-CAC;
Create and maintain registrations with terminals, freight agents and shipping lines;
Enter and update process step dates in the internal system / Conexos.

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma;
College degree in progress or completed in International Trade, Logistics or related fields (considered a plus);
Office suite: Intermediate proficiency in Excel
