About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Receive and review requests via email and national and international quotation platforms;
Enter quotes into the CMS platform — for international shipments;
Send quotation requests via email — for domestic shipments;
For quotes involving machinery and equipment for domestic freight, include cargo information in the machinery FUP;
Monitor and carry out FUP procedures;
Maintain current spreadsheets;
Maintain current spreadsheets;
Knowledge of Incoterms and maritime, air and road transport modes;
Interact with various players across the logistics chain.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in project cargo quoting (Break Bulk, Ro-Ro);
Currently pursuing a degree in Logistics, Business Administration with emphasis in Foreign Trade, or related fields;
English proficiency — desirable;
Knowledge of Power BI and AI — desirable;
Intermediate Excel.
