About the role

  • Analysis of product description vs. TEC WIN vs. product website and technical data sheet
  • Fiscal and tax consultation of items in advance
  • Verification of shipping documents: bill of lading, invoice, and packing list
  • Issuance and verification of import licenses
  • Monitoring of removals, offloads, TFA’s, requirements for import licenses, and approval of import licenses by MAPA, Anvisa and other agencies
  • Review and submission of files for customs clearance
  • Scheduling of processes for registration
  • Preparation and updating of costs for invoicing
  • Closing of foreign exchange transactions and monitoring issuance of tax invoice for exchange variation
  • Monitoring of claims/incidents with the logistics team
  • Follow-up on the customs clearance process
  • Comprehensive BI (Business Intelligence) analysis
  • Maintain and organize invoice stubs/receipts
  • When cargo is customer pick-up, prepare the cargo release authorization
  • Management reports
  • Validation of the monthly/period closing

Requirements

  • Experience with project cargo imports
  • Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Business Administration, Logistics or related fields
  • Intermediate English, with the ability to communicate in professional contexts, negotiate and interact with international stakeholders
