About the role

  • Ensure the efficient and integrated execution of the entire supply cycle, from contract signing to final delivery at the construction site.
  • Serve as the link between the commercial team, international factories and internal departments, ensuring logistical planning, definition of shipping strategy, import monitoring, issuance of invoices and financial management (payments and receipts), with a focus on deadlines, quality and compliance.
  • Take ownership of the project immediately after contract signing with the client.
  • Create the execution plan, schedule, milestones and responsibility matrix.
  • Ensure compliance with manufacturing, shipment, customs clearance and delivery deadlines.
  • Monitor production schedules and technical validations.
  • Request and review export documentation (packing list, invoice, certificates, photos, RFI).
  • Track and follow up on manufacturing milestones and inspections when applicable.
  • Define the logistics strategy (LCL, FCL, air, breakbulk, multimodal).
  • Evaluate cost vs. time vs. risk alternatives.
  • Interface with logistics, freight forwarders, carriers and insurers.
  • Work together with the operations team to:
  • Send and validate import documentation.
  • Monitor customs clearance.
  • Monitor warehousing and logistics costs.
  • Organize transport to the final destination/site.
  • Plan final logistics to the construction site, ensuring compliance with receiving requirements.
  • Coordinate delivery windows, scheduling, documentation and communication with the client.
  • Ensure equipment is delivered in perfect condition, on time and with complete documentation.
  • Control payments to international suppliers.
  • Monitor accounts payable and receivable related to the contract.
  • Issue invoices, monitor billing and cash flow forecasts.
  • Support financing processes and allocation of logistics costs.
  • Ensure all documentation required for import and delivery is complete.
  • Organize audit records, traceability and status reports.
  • Ensure compliance with import regulations, insurance, contracts and customs requirements.
  • Act as the focal point for clients, suppliers, factory, logistics, finance and executive management.
  • Conduct status meetings and report risks, scope changes and key issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Advanced English (conversational).
