About the role
- Work in the import and administrative area, with the main responsibility of requesting freight payments and other payments for processes destined for Santa Catarina.
- Preparation of payment requests (SPs) and control of payments for cash charges, demurrage, empty container washings, administrative charges, among others.
- Control of office supplies inventory.
- Purchasing materials for the branch.
- Organizing coffee service and other branch events in coordination with HR.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a university degree program.
- Experience in administrative functions.
- Basic knowledge of Word and Excel.
