About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Partner with Account Executives to support enterprise opportunities from technical discovery through close
Lead technical discovery sessions, architecture discussions, workshops, demos, and proof-of-concepts
Build and deliver compelling demos and sample GenAI applications showcasing Opik’s capabilities across:
LLM evaluation
Agent observability
Trace and span analysis
Regression testing
Prompt and configuration management
Production AI monitoring and governance
Design and execute enterprise proof-of-concepts with measurable success criteria tied to customer business outcomes
Help customers operationalize AI agents and GenAI applications in production environments
Support MEDDPICC qualification including technical pain validation, decision criteria alignment, competitive positioning, and deployment readiness
Partner closely with Customer Success to ensure smooth customer handoffs into onboarding and post-sales deployment
Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to communicate customer feedback, product gaps, technical requirements, and competitive insights
Build reusable demo assets, technical enablement content, and evaluation frameworks for the field organization
Assist in developing standardized demo flows, technical messaging, and customer engagement best practices

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Customer Engineering, or related customer-facing technical roles
Experience supporting enterprise SaaS, AI infrastructure, developer tooling, or observability platforms
Experience working with AI/ML workflows, APIs, developer platforms, or cloud infrastructure
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related technical field preferred
