About the role

  • Analyze and monitor debt agreements (CDI, IPCA, foreign exchange, amortizations, guarantees/collateral, fees and covenants).
  • Update and ensure the integrity of internal debt controls and systems.
  • Prepare and send reports to banks, fiduciary agents, auditors and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage audit requests with high quality and complete documentation.
  • Participate in process improvements, standardization and automation initiatives.
  • Support cash flow projections and financial analyses for the department.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed (Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering or related fields).
  • Proven experience in Treasury, especially in debt management.
  • Solid knowledge of the cash flow statement (CFS) and financial statements.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented and good communication skills.
