About the role
- Responsible for building and maintaining relationships between business/product areas and the Marketing team;
- Plan marketing activities together with the business area in accordance with departmental goals and objectives;
- Develop action plans and campaigns focused on strategy across Comerc Energia's communication channels;
- Collaborate with commercial partners to develop joint initiatives that promote the brand and drive sales;
- Create briefings for creative teams, agencies, and vendors, and manage the validation and approval workflow for produced content;
- Plan and execute small to medium-sized events;
- Develop strategic partnerships focused on business generation and profitability;
- Create training materials for the Sales Team;
- Monitor results and maintain a 360° view of areas where Marketing can contribute to the company's strategy;
- Produce detailed reports on all initiatives, including data analysis, KPIs, comparisons with similar strategies, and business outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field;
- Previous experience in marketing departments and/or agencies;
- Experience leading marketing and communications campaigns from briefing through to management reporting;
- Knowledge of Inbound Marketing and B2B Marketing;
- Familiarity with HubSpot.
