About the role

  • Conduct strategic analyses (competitor/peer benchmarking, SWOT, forward-looking scenarios) to support M&A and new business decisions.
  • Act as PMO on strategic projects, performing financial modeling and valuation analyses to support inorganic growth decisions.
  • Gather operational and financial data and propose KPIs to cascade targets throughout the organization.
  • Prepare investor relations materials: consolidated financial statements, results bridges, Q&As, and presentations for analysts and investors.
  • Monitor performance indicators (ROIC, EBITDA margin, etc.) and prepare follow-up reports for the Executive Committee and Board.
  • Map strategic risks (regulatory, competitive, macro) and propose mitigation plans aligned with the Group's strategy.
  • Conduct long-term strategic planning studies (5–10 year outlook, growth avenues, sector trends) and prepare executive presentations to guide the Company's future decisions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields
  • Postgraduate studies (e.g., MBA) in related areas are a plus
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years
  • Microsoft Office: Proficiency in tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and others
  • Relationship and communication skills: Proactive, with ease interacting and communicating effectively with different stakeholders
