About the role

  • Prepare monthly control reports with variance analysis between actual results and budget and develop action plans to improve adherence to the budget;
  • Prepare monthly projection reports to provide operational visibility and review expectations;
  • Structure processes and tools that ensure the integration and sharing of information with internal stakeholders and its consolidation within the group's portfolio;
  • Actively participate in the budget preparation cycle, analyzing historical data and benchmarks to build an efficient plan with a solid basis;
  • Analyze indicators and KPIs broadly, including result demonstration and simulation to support the company's strategic decisions;
  • Develop economic and financial valuation models for new projects and business initiatives.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering
  • Postgraduate degree – desirable
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel
  • Experience in budget management and performance analysis
  • Familiarity with different ERPs (data querying and processing)
  • Desirable skills: VBA / BI tools / Power Query / SQL
  • Experience in financial modeling and preparing business plans
