About the role
- Support improvements in CRM usage by identifying requirements and proposing system adjustments and automations, in collaboration with the IT team.
- Analyze data and generate insights related to sales team performance, assisting in the creation of reports to monitor KPIs and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support the management of commercial processes, contributing to the implementation and optimization of sales, marketing, and customer service processes, ensuring cross-functional integration to maximize efficiency and revenue generation.
- Assist in improvement projects aimed at optimizing sales performance and customer service.
- Contribute to market studies to support the definition of product and service prospecting strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to promote integration and improve commercial results.
- Create reports and presentations with performance analyses and project status updates.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
- Knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Understanding of commercial/business processes.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of the electric power sector (desirable).
- Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) (desirable).
