About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support customers via calls, live chat, and email
  • Handle more complex issues from start to resolution
  • Approve withdrawals and process KYC documentation
  • Carry out security checks to keep our players and business safe
  • Willingness to take on relevant ad hoc tasks as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Speak and write fluently in Scandinavian languages and English
  • Enjoy multitasking and have strong problem-solving skills
  • Are comfortable working shifts (including some nights)
  • Have an interest in using AI tools to boost efficiency
  • Have previous customer service experience (that’s a bonus!)
