Customer Experience Agent, Scandinavian Speaking
ComeOn GroupCustomer Experience Agent supporting iGaming players via calls, live chat, and email. Seeking Scandinavian speakers for a hybrid role in Malta.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support customers via calls, live chat, and email
- Handle more complex issues from start to resolution
- Approve withdrawals and process KYC documentation
- Carry out security checks to keep our players and business safe
- Willingness to take on relevant ad hoc tasks as needed
Requirements
What you’ll need- Speak and write fluently in Scandinavian languages and English
- Enjoy multitasking and have strong problem-solving skills
- Are comfortable working shifts (including some nights)
- Have an interest in using AI tools to boost efficiency
- Have previous customer service experience (that’s a bonus!)
