About the role
- Proactively analyse player behavior patterns and game activity to identify early signs of problem gambling using our tracking tools.
- Manage daily escalations from the Customer Experience (CX) and Fraud teams, conducting detailed risk assessments to determine the correct level of intervention.
- Directly engage with at-risk players via email and phone. You will conduct sensitive responsible gaming interactions, offering guidance on limits, self-exclusion, and support resources.
- Assist in preparing detailed data reports to ensure we remain compliant with iGaming regulations and internal Duty of Care policies.
- Collaborate with the wider Safer Gambling team to refine processes, improve detection tools, and enhance our overall player safety strategy.
- Support the organisation’s adoption of AI technologies to enhance operational efficiency and decision-making accuracy.
Requirements
- Have at least 1 year of experience in the iGaming industry, with a minimum of 6 months in a customer-facing role.
- Have a proven ability to analyse player data, spot trends, and make logical inferences regarding risk warnings.
- Speak and Write fluent in English with the ability to handle difficult conversations with empathy and professionalism.
- Have an understanding of the regulatory frameworks and licensing requirements connected to player safety.
- Are fascinated by the psychology of gambling and are dedicated to minimising problem gambling.
- Are a flexible thinker with strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
