Implementation Specialist

• Lead the technical setup and configuration of meeting room booking/digital signage solutions.
• Assist customers in integrating our platform with their existing infrastructure: hardware (digital signage players, SoC, scheduling panels), collaboration suites (Google Workspace/M365), networks, and content management systems.
• Act as the main technical point of contact for escalations.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues related to meeting room booking/digital signage deployments.
• Provide technical training sessions for customers, partners, and internal staff.
• Create and maintain user guides, best practice documentation, and FAQs.
• Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to share customer feedback and identify opportunities for product improvements.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to ensure smooth project delivery and high customer satisfaction.
