About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee the end-to-end publishing process for all video content, including metadata, subtitles and audio tracks, thumbnails, and associated assets
Ensure content is accurate, complete, and published on schedule across all platforms
Maintain high standards for metadata quality, consistency, and completeness
Manage content updates, corrections, and re-publishing as needed
Own the creation, organization, and ongoing management of content rails within the application
Collaborate with product and marketing teams to optimize content placement and discoverability
Partner closely with localization, QA, product, and engineering teams to ensure content readiness and quality
Manage content scheduling, including publish and unpublish timing

Requirements

What you’ll need

4–6 years of experience in content operations, digital publishing, or related roles
Experience working with content management systems (CMS) and digital publishing workflows
Strong understanding of metadata structures, content organization, and taxonomy
Familiarity with video platforms, streaming workflows, and asset management
Ability to manage complex operational processes across multiple platforms
Experience working with mobile, web, and/or connected TV platforms preferred
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
