About the role
- Perform treatment-related nursing care and monitor vital signs
- Support the Head of Nursing in staff management, planning and development
- Ensure optimization of care and quality standards
- Organize, evaluate and optimize workflows
- Accompany residents to festivals, celebrations and outings
- Contribute to strategic orientation and development processes
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in health and nursing or geriatric nursing
- University degree with a focus on nursing management or an equivalent qualification (not mandatory)
- Completed basic course for out-of-hospital intensive care (120 hours)
- Innovative individual with strong communication skills
- Good IT skills and confident use of MS Office applications
