About the role

  • You ensure the individualized care of our residents in accordance with our facility's nursing care concept
  • You are responsible for accompanying ventilated residents in daily life, at events/celebrations, and on outings
  • You monitor residents' vital signs through close clinical observation
  • You organize nursing interventions and perform them professionally, taking into account the patients' health status and needs
  • You instruct residents and involve them and their relatives in the care process

Requirements

  • You have completed training as a qualified nurse (m/f/d) in geriatric, pediatric, or general nursing (health and nursing care)
  • You have already acquired qualifications in intensive care nursing (great to have, but not required)
  • Haven't completed a basic intensive care course yet? No problem! Through our training partner in Berlin you can complete the basic course within 2 weeks
  • You have a positive attitude toward residents' relatives and enjoy working with and for our residents
