About the role
- Perform treatment-focused nursing care and monitor vital signs
- Support the head of nursing with disciplinary staff management, scheduling, and development
- Ensure optimization of care and quality standards
- Organize, evaluate, and optimize workflows
- Accompany residents to events, celebrations, and outings
- Actively contribute to strategic direction and conceptual development
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a nurse in health and nursing care or in geriatric nursing
- University degree with a focus on nursing management or a comparable qualification (not required)
- Completion of a basic course in out-of-hospital intensive care (120 hours)
- Good IT skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Innovative, change-ready, and strong communicator
- High level of empathy and strong problem-solving skills
