About the role
- Independent responsibility for disciplinary staff leadership, planning and development
- Optimization of nursing and quality standards in daily care
- Organization, evaluation and optimization of workflows
- Promotion of interprofessional collaboration and communication
- Initiation of interdisciplinary projects and active participation in them
- Contribution to the strategic direction and conceptual development of the assigned areas
Requirements
- Completed professional qualification in general nursing or geriatric nursing
- University degree with a focus on nursing management or a comparable qualification (excellent but not required)
- Certification as a responsible nursing specialist and nursing expert (200 hours)
- Leadership experience with larger teams
- Experience with change processes
- Good IT skills and confident use of MS Office applications
