About the role

  • Administer nursing treatments and monitor the vital signs of our residents
  • Independently responsible for disciplinary staff leadership, scheduling and staff development
  • Ensure high standards and quality of care
  • Onboarding and training of new staff
  • Accompany medical rounds and maintain communication with physicians
  • Accompany residents to events, celebrations and outings

Requirements

  • Completed training in health and nursing (registered nurse) or an equivalent qualification
  • Certificate as a nursing specialist (200 hours) is a plus but not required
  • Several years of experience in a leadership role in healthcare (desirable)
  • Commitment, strong teamwork skills and reliability
