About the role
- Administer nursing treatments and monitor the vital signs of our residents
- Independently responsible for disciplinary staff leadership, scheduling and staff development
- Ensure high standards and quality of care
- Onboarding and training of new staff
- Accompany medical rounds and maintain communication with physicians
- Accompany residents to events, celebrations and outings
Requirements
- Completed training in health and nursing (registered nurse) or an equivalent qualification
- Certificate as a nursing specialist (200 hours) is a plus but not required
- Several years of experience in a leadership role in healthcare (desirable)
- Commitment, strong teamwork skills and reliability
