About the role

  • Ensure individualized care of residents according to the nursing care concept
  • Support ventilated residents in daily life, at celebrations/events and on excursions
  • Monitor residents' vital signs through intensive clinical observation
  • Organize nursing interventions and carry them out professionally
  • Provide guidance to residents and involve relatives in the care process

Requirements

  • Completed training as a qualified nurse (m/f/d) in geriatric, pediatric or general health and nursing care
  • Desirable but not required: qualifications in intensive care nursing
  • Positive attitude toward relatives and family members
  • Enjoy working with and for our residents
  • Respectful interaction with colleagues
  • Enthusiasm for challenging tasks
