About the role

Design and produce publication-quality artifacts, including briefs, fact sheets, infographics, toolkits, report layouts, and templates
Develop data visualizations and infographics with the Research and Data Analyst
Create graphics and visual assets for social media, webinars, and events with the Communications Specialist
Establish and maintain a consistent visual style and template library aligned with project branding
Prepare print- and web-ready files and ensure visual products meet Section 508 accessibility standards
Manage version control and production timelines for design deliverables
Incorporate client and reviewer feedback across revision cycles

Requirements

What you’ll need

Demonstrated professional graphic design and illustration experience with a portfolio of published materials
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
Familiarity with the TANF program and intended audiences
Awareness of marriage and family-strengthening subject matter
Working knowledge of Section 508 accessible-document design
Ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging visuals
Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional portfolio
Minimum of four years of professional design experience
Preferred: experience designing for federal agencies or human-services programs
Preferred: data-visualization and infographic specialization
Preferred: motion-graphics or short-form video capability
