About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide administrative and operational support to Behavioral Health clinical teams.
- Coordinate initiatives, track and monitor progress, and set timelines for delegated assignments.
- Schedule appointments for recipients with clinical staff and support teams.
- Set up and maintain cases in workflow management systems.
- Assist recipients and partners by phone and email, responding to requests and directing inquiries appropriately.
- Perform complex data entry and data management in clinical and claims systems.
- Coordinate, organize, and maintain accurate filing systems (electronic and paper).
- Ensure all records and business-sensitive information are developed, handled, stored, retrieved, and archived in compliance with privacy and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain documents, reports, templates, and tracking tools.
- Support documentation requests and ensure timely receipt of required records.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of administrative processes and workflows.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Minimum of four (4) years of progressive, relevant administrative support experience.
- Preferred: Experience working in a Behavioral Health or clinical healthcare setting.
