About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Performs standardized research and evaluation activities with minimal oversight, including developing project materials and supporting dissemination.
Performs standardized support tasks for research and evaluation activities, including organizing project materials, taking meeting minutes, and keeping logs of compliance related documents.
Contributes to analysis and reporting with minimal oversight; may include quantitative and qualitative data and data visualization techniques.
Serves as task lead or project manager, including maintaining project plan, timeline, and deliverable schedule.
Conducts (and may lead some aspects of) data collection, which could include surveys, interviews, field observations, site visits and focus groups.

Requirements

What you’ll need

BA / BS in a related field.
Experience in managing research and/or evaluation projects in an academic, community, or government setting.
Strong understanding of research and evaluation design and methods and regulatory compliance.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Master’s degree in related field preferred.
Proficiency in data analysis software such as SPSS, SAS, R, or equivalent.
