About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define and lead architecture for scalable, secure, and resilient cloud infrastructure across enterprise platforms
Establish and enforce cloud architecture standards and best practices
Establish infrastructure automation standards including Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), deployment pipelines, and configuration management
Design and implement observability frameworks to support system reliability and proactive monitoring
Lead modernization initiatives including container orchestration, distributed systems, and cloud-native architecture patterns
Collaborate with security teams to ensure infrastructure meets regulatory, compliance, and cloud security standards
Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership across cloud engineering initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS)
10+ years of experience in Cloud Engineering, DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering
Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale cloud infrastructure architectures
Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Preferred: Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
AWS Solutions Architect (Associate or Professional)
AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification
Terraform Associate Certification or equivalent
Kubernetes certifications such as CKA or CKAD
