About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as user support in setting up accounts, resolving user feedback issues related to all aspects of Dtools (pricing, product application, configuration rules, etc)
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective utilization of Dtools
- Identify and resolve system issues and defects in a timely manner
- Facilitate communication between product technical teams and web applications developers to ensure clear understanding and successful implementation of CPQ requirements
- Assist with the development and execution of test plans to ensure Dtools meets functional and performance requirements
- Assist with the implementation of new features and updates to enhance system performance and user experience
- Assist with maintaining Dtools components, including product catalogs, pricing rules, and quote templates
- Conduct analysis of business processes and requirements to ensure effective DTools system design and functionality
- Analyze existing Dtools processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Manage Dtools related projects, including system upgrades, integrations, and new feature implementations
- Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure project milestones are met
Requirements
What you’ll need- Associates degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- 1+ years of experience in CPQ system administration, configuration, or analysis preferred
- Experience with CPQ software (Driveworks) preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
