About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as user support in setting up accounts, resolving user feedback issues related to all aspects of Dtools (pricing, product application, configuration rules, etc)
  • Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective utilization of Dtools
  • Identify and resolve system issues and defects in a timely manner
  • Facilitate communication between product technical teams and web applications developers to ensure clear understanding and successful implementation of CPQ requirements
  • Assist with the development and execution of test plans to ensure Dtools meets functional and performance requirements
  • Assist with the implementation of new features and updates to enhance system performance and user experience
  • Assist with maintaining Dtools components, including product catalogs, pricing rules, and quote templates
  • Conduct analysis of business processes and requirements to ensure effective DTools system design and functionality
  • Analyze existing Dtools processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
  • Manage Dtools related projects, including system upgrades, integrations, and new feature implementations
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure project milestones are met

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Associates degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • 1+ years of experience in CPQ system administration, configuration, or analysis preferred
  • Experience with CPQ software (Driveworks) preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
