About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Travels to customer locations to install, start-up, maintain, modify and troubleshoot.
Conducts all on site installation, repair, maintenance, and tasks per job order.
Troubleshoots errors or technical problems and determines proper resolutions and recommendations.
Determines replacement part requirements.
Prepares detailed trip reports that identifies issues, actions taken to resolve them and recommends next steps.
Assists in the preparation and execution of factory acceptance tests and completion of punch lists to achieve shipping approvals as needed.
Aids in the assembly, breakdown and crating of systems.
Assists field sales in account support.
Builds and maintains lasting relationships with existing accounts.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Ability to read blueprints and plant layout drawings.
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
5+ years of experience in field service with strong fundamentals in electrical and mechanical.
6-month+ experience as an Assembly Technician to learn basic principles of CMCO technology and processes preferred.
Must have a valid driver license and ability to travel internationally.
