Key responsibilities & impact- Providing customers, distributors and sales personnel with order and shipping info, order changes, RMA's, expediting, parts pricing.
- Enter orders for standard conveyors.
- Lead distribution to channel.
- Salesforce navigation and basic information look up.
- As qualified & approved my manager/lead provide technical assistance to team members and distributors.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2 + years as a manufacturing customer service representative or 5+ years of technical experience.
- Previous ERP and CRM experience is a plus.
- Bi-lingual (Spanish) is a plus.
