About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide strategic leadership and further develop the IT infrastructure strategy for the EMEA region in alignment with global company objectives
Provide disciplinary and technical leadership, development and inspiration to your IS team (Information Services – Infrastructure)
End-to-end responsibility for planning, prioritizing and executing regional infrastructure roadmaps
Budget responsibility and active management of all investments and costs for the infrastructure area in EMEA
Define, implement and monitor international IT standards as well as security, governance and compliance requirements
Assess new technologies, trends and innovation potential and derive well-founded strategic recommendations for action

Requirements

What you’ll need

University degree, preferably in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration or a comparable qualification
Several years of leadership experience in an international IT or infrastructure organization, ideally in a director or senior management role
Extensive knowledge of modern IT architectures, infrastructure technologies, IT security and governance structures
Strong strategic thinking, decisiveness and communication skills
Confident demeanour, strong sense of responsibility and a collaborative, team-oriented leadership style
Excellent spoken and written English skills.
