About the role
- Proactive acquisition of new customers via digital sales channels (email, phone, video calls) as well as in-person visits when required
- Identification and development of new markets, industries and customer segments
- Research, analysis and evaluation of potential customers and business opportunities
- Positioning and presenting our products to new customers who are not yet familiar with our company and solutions
- Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
- Managing the assigned sales funnel (Salesforce)
- Close collaboration with marketing, product management and sales teams for optimal market coverage
- Documenting and maintaining all activities in the CRM system
- Monitoring market, competitor and technology trends
Requirements
- Commercial and/or technical education/qualification
- Initial professional experience in customer service or sales
- Strong technical understanding
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach
- Reliable, committed and detail-oriented working style
- Negotiation skills
- Comfortable with MS Office and SAP; interest in AI solutions
- Good written and spoken English
