About the role

  • Proactive acquisition of new customers via digital sales channels (email, phone, video calls) as well as in-person visits when required
  • Identification and development of new markets, industries and customer segments
  • Research, analysis and evaluation of potential customers and business opportunities
  • Positioning and presenting our products to new customers who are not yet familiar with our company and solutions
  • Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
  • Managing the assigned sales funnel (Salesforce)
  • Close collaboration with marketing, product management and sales teams for optimal market coverage
  • Documenting and maintaining all activities in the CRM system
  • Monitoring market, competitor and technology trends

Requirements

  • Commercial and/or technical education/qualification
  • Initial professional experience in customer service or sales
  • Strong technical understanding
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach
  • Reliable, committed and detail-oriented working style
  • Negotiation skills
  • Comfortable with MS Office and SAP; interest in AI solutions
  • Good written and spoken English
