About the role
- Provide professional and disciplinary leadership for the Logistics division
- Foster and continuously develop employees
- Manage and ensure high-performance, efficient parts availability
- Plan, design and optimize existing and future processes
- Ensure quality regarding packaging, documentation, delivery reliability, and inventory levels
- Monitor and report on defined performance indicators (KPIs)
- Responsible for conducting inventories (stocktaking) and related tasks
Requirements
- Several years of professional and managerial experience in logistics
- Very good knowledge of SAP
- Good MS Office skills
- Very good command of English
- Flexibility, strong communication and persuasion skills, results orientation, teamwork, and a high degree of interpersonal skills
