About the role

  • Provide professional and disciplinary leadership for the Logistics division
  • Foster and continuously develop employees
  • Manage and ensure high-performance, efficient parts availability
  • Plan, design and optimize existing and future processes
  • Ensure quality regarding packaging, documentation, delivery reliability, and inventory levels
  • Monitor and report on defined performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Responsible for conducting inventories (stocktaking) and related tasks

Requirements

  • Several years of professional and managerial experience in logistics
  • Very good knowledge of SAP
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Very good command of English
  • Flexibility, strong communication and persuasion skills, results orientation, teamwork, and a high degree of interpersonal skills
