About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to consumer questions or issues regarding product features, benefits, and availability
  • Engage with consumers to understand their needs and preferences

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • No specific education required; High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • 2 or less years of experience in a position or specialization
  • Skill operating inventory and Point of Sale (POS) systems and other retail software tools
  • Must be 16 years of age or older
  • Ability to communicate clearly with others
  • Availability to work a flexible retail schedule that may change seasonally and with business trends or forecasts
  • Ability to frequently move about in an active environment
  • Ability to frequently adjust or move items weighing up to 40 lbs.
  • May be required to use specialized equipment
  • May be exposed to dust and noise
