  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company requirements.
  • Plan and execute voyages efficiently.
  • Supervise cargo operations (loading, stowage, securing, discharge).
  • Lead crew, enforce safety procedures, and conduct drills.
  • Handle emergencies and maintain all documentation & reporting.
  • Holder of a valid COC (STWC Reg II/2) with verification.
  • Holder of valid STCW certifications required for the position.
  • Experience with a multi-cultural working environment.
  • Good communication and leadership skills.
  • Fluent in the written and spoken English language.
  • Safety culture and mindset.
