About the role
- Design, develop, and deploy business solutions using Microsoft Power BI
- Manage the Power BI service and admin functions
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and build scalable solutions
- Integrate solutions with other Microsoft 365 services and external systems
- Conduct thorough testing of Power BI solutions and deploy to production
- Provide ongoing maintenance and support for Power BI solutions
- Manage Power BI Administration tasks
- Design and develop Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models
- Develop and publish Paginated Reports and integrate them into Power BI Service
- Monitor and troubleshoot data refreshes, report performance, and data quality issues
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on Power BI development and Power BI Service Admin experience
- 5+ years developing and optimizing DAX calculations—including KPI measures, time‑intelligence logic, and calculated tables
- Understanding of Microsoft 365 services and Azure
- Understanding of Dataverse
- Experience with data modeling and database concepts
- Experience with programming languages such as T-SQL, Python or R
- Knowledge of cloud computing concepts
- Understanding of Application Lifecycle Management principles
- Experience designing and developing data warehouse solutions
