About the role

  • Design, develop, and deploy business solutions using Microsoft Power BI
  • Manage the Power BI service and admin functions
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and build scalable solutions
  • Integrate solutions with other Microsoft 365 services and external systems
  • Conduct thorough testing of Power BI solutions and deploy to production
  • Provide ongoing maintenance and support for Power BI solutions
  • Manage Power BI Administration tasks
  • Design and develop Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models
  • Develop and publish Paginated Reports and integrate them into Power BI Service
  • Monitor and troubleshoot data refreshes, report performance, and data quality issues

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on Power BI development and Power BI Service Admin experience
  • 5+ years developing and optimizing DAX calculations—including KPI measures, time‑intelligence logic, and calculated tables
  • Understanding of Microsoft 365 services and Azure
  • Understanding of Dataverse
  • Experience with data modeling and database concepts
  • Experience with programming languages such as T-SQL, Python or R
  • Knowledge of cloud computing concepts
  • Understanding of Application Lifecycle Management principles
  • Experience designing and developing data warehouse solutions
