About the role

  • Play a hands-on role in accelerating the responsible use of Artificial Intelligence.
  • Work closely with IT leadership, business stakeholders, and early‑adopter teams.
  • Identify opportunities, run structured test cases, document results, and build practical use cases.
  • Develop and run structured test cases using approved AI tools.
  • Document test outcomes, accuracy, performance, and limitations.
  • Partner with departments to identify high‑value processes where AI can assist.
  • Translate business challenges into clear AI use cases with defined goals and expected outcomes.
  • Build small‑scale prototypes or sample workflows to demonstrate proof-of-concept value.
  • Serve as a resource for employees exploring AI tools by troubleshooting issues and providing guidance.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong curiosity about AI, automation, machine learning, and emerging technologies.
  • Ability to document findings clearly and communicate them to non‑technical audiences.
  • Comfortable working iteratively, experimenting, and learning quickly.
  • Familiarity with Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and DALL-E.
  • Knowledge of Agents, Bots and MCP a plus.
