About the role
- Work closely with CFP’s Cybersecurity Team, IT Support, and Infrastructure groups to strengthen security posture.
- Gain hands-on experience with security monitoring, incident response, and vulnerability management.
- Assist in conducting cybersecurity risk assessments across corporate and mill systems.
- Support review of third-party vendor risks and compliance checks.
- Help identify gaps in security controls and document remediation actions.
- Assist with maintaining internal security policies and participate in audits for compliance initiatives.
- Evaluate incident response plans and assist in documenting lessons learned.
- Support vulnerability tracking and risk scoring based on severity and business impact.
- Develop materials to help employees recognize risks and follow best practices.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
