About the role

  • Assist in developing project plans, including scope, milestones, scheduling, and resource tracking.
  • Update project management tools with current task status, risks, and issues.
  • Help draft project documentation such as meeting minutes, project logs, status reports, and action-item lists.
  • Support the scheduling and organization of project meetings.
  • Prepare agendas, document discussion points, and distribute follow-up notes.
  • Assist in gathering requirements and feedback from stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify and log project risks and issues.
  • Support development, tracking, and communication of mitigation plans.
  • Help track dependencies and cross-project impacts within the IT portfolio.
  • Assist with PMO reporting, portfolio dashboards, and metric tracking.
  • Help ensure alignment with PMO frameworks, governance standards, and documentation best practices.
  • Collaborate with PMO staff to identify process improvements and enhance project delivery tools.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Information Systems, Project Management, Technology Management, or related field.
