About the role
- The Cost Engineer plays a critical role in ensuring financial discipline across Colovore’s data center development projects.
- Responsible for cost planning, tracking, forecasting, and reporting across the full project lifecycle—from early-stage budgeting through construction and project closeout.
- Partner closely with Construction, Finance, Procurement, and Development teams to provide accurate cost insights, identify risks and opportunities, and support data-driven decision-making in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Requirements
- 3–7+ years of experience in cost engineering, project controls, construction finance, or similar roles
- Experience supporting large-scale construction or infrastructure projects (data centers, industrial, or commercial preferred)
- Familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, and change order management processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, or a related field
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments is a plus
