Project Manager

• Lead and manage multiple brand partnership projects from inception to completion, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery
• Serve as the central point of contact between internal teams, clients, and stakeholders
• Collaborate with strategy, creative direction, producers, and leadership to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
• Manage day-to-day project operations and resolve blockers
• Develop and maintain project plans covering timelines, resource allocation, and risk management
• Facilitate kickoffs, check-ins, and post-mortems
• Monitor project progress, address issues and roadblocks, and communicate updates to stakeholders
• Ensure projects follow COLORS' and clients' brand guidelines and quality standards
• Foster a collaborative team environment and provide guidance and support
• Track industry trends, techniques, and technologies to bring innovative ideas to the team
