About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinating transportation services for the University, including scheduling, driver oversight, fleet maintenance, vehicle usage, charters, and related policy and operational support.
  • Establishing, organizing, and strengthening transportation operations.
  • Providing administrative and operational support to the Campus Ministries and Campus Activities offices.
  • Updating chapel attendance, ordering supplies, processing reimbursements, check requests, direct pays, supervising student employees, and completing credit card reconciliations.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Effective communication skills.
  • General familiarity with a variety of software platforms and technology tools.
  • Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and other common workplace applications is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and work ethic.
  • Self-discipline, strong administrative, organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • A clean driving record with a valid driver's license required.
  • A CDL license is a plus.
  • Understanding of vehicle maintenance.
