About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinating transportation services for the University, including scheduling, driver oversight, fleet maintenance, vehicle usage, charters, and related policy and operational support.
- Establishing, organizing, and strengthening transportation operations.
- Providing administrative and operational support to the Campus Ministries and Campus Activities offices.
- Updating chapel attendance, ordering supplies, processing reimbursements, check requests, direct pays, supervising student employees, and completing credit card reconciliations.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Effective communication skills.
- General familiarity with a variety of software platforms and technology tools.
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and other common workplace applications is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and work ethic.
- Self-discipline, strong administrative, organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- A clean driving record with a valid driver's license required.
- A CDL license is a plus.
- Understanding of vehicle maintenance.
