About the role
- Provide administrative support to the PhD Counselor Education and Supervision (CES) program
- Coordinate routine correspondence and communications, including preparation of reports and related documents
- Support CES program operations by tracking admissions, monitoring student progress, and managing dissertation-related documentation
- Participate in staff meetings and other meetings as assigned
- Support program faculty with committee meetings by preparing agendas, slides, summaries, and other materials
- Maintain organized digital filing systems for doctoral program documents
- Assist students and faculty in the use of program-related technology tools
- Perform specialized duties and additional projects as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (required)
- Familiarity with using Outlook and Microsoft Office programs
- Willingness to learn CCU's technology platforms
- Ability to create and maintain organized workflows and procedures
- Work respectfully with people from various backgrounds and dispositions
- Students enrolled in the master’s level school of counseling is preferred
- Ability to manage academic documents, filing systems, and technology platforms
- Comfort presenting information in meetings and communicating professionally with faculty, applicants, and doctoral students
