About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the development and delivery of national market access strategies across the Chronic Care portfolio
Contribute to ensuring products and services are optimally positioned within clinical pathways
Develop and execute national market access plans aligned to UK & Ireland business priorities
Contribute to the implementation of market access programmes in collaboration with Marketing, Evidence, Government Affairs, and Global teams
Translate data into clear, compelling materials for payer audiences
Support reimbursement submissions and define appropriate funding pathways
Help identify payer unmet needs and manage multiple projects concurrently

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in Market Access, Health Economics, NHS engagement, or related role within MedTech or healthcare
Foundational understanding of NHS structures, funding flows, and payer decision-making
Ability to interpret clinical and economic evidence
Strong numerical and critical-thinking skills
Attention to detail
Project coordination skills
Experience supporting cross-functional projects
