About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for high volume of inbound and outbound activities.
  • Effectively educate consumers and resolve conflict/complaints.
  • Communicate and work as a team with the Consumer Sales Reps and the Consumer Advisors to ensure excellent service.
  • Meeting established inbound and outbound objectives and metrics.
  • Accurately and thoroughly document each end user conversation in Coloplast systems per standard department procedures.
  • Responsible for data quality, including self-audit work.
  • Demonstrate a superior attitude and represent the Coloplast Brand.
  • Utilize available resources to stay current with company products and operations.
  • Support Cross Functional needs.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Associates degree or experience to match, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal skills.
  • Time management and ability to multitask a must.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule from 8am-7pm M-F.
  • 1-3 of customer service/call center experience, outbound preferred.
  • Computer, CRM, and data entry experience.
  • Excellent communication, investigation and listening skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to remain focused independently.
  • High level of enthusiasm drive and determination.
