About the role
- Responsible for assisting Coloplast’s field sales and marketing organizations by participating in new business development activities and providing on-going support to Coloplast’s valued customers.
- Over the course of the program interns will have the opportunity to rotate and gain exposure to other areas of the business including, but not limited to, Veteran’s Affairs sales teams, Continence Care sales, marketing, and others.
- Educate and train physicians, surgeons, and hospital personnel and office staff on technical matters relating to Coloplast products.
- Attend and actively participates in industry related training/meetings/events for business development opportunities.
Requirements
- Candidates must be active military and approved participant for DOD SkillBridge Program
- Highschool diploma or GED
- Ability to be on time and prepared for each case deployed – every time.
- Ability and willingness to travel domestically and overnight (up to 50%)
- Willingness to relocate after program completion will enhance ability for full-time opportunities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong relationship and consultative selling skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Strong analytical, oral, and written communication skills
- High attention for detail and excellent follow through
- Knowledge of current and new industry trends, technologies, competitors, and place in the market
