About the role
- Responsibility for regional financial consolidation across multiple countries, ensuring data quality and transparency.
- Management of the monthly regional performance reporting, including variance analyses versus budget, forecast and prior year.
- Contribute to the development of reporting standards, templates and timelines in coordination with central finance stakeholders.
- Prepare structured management reports and presentations for regional leadership.
- Support the optimization of reporting processes, including automation and improvements to data quality.
- Collaborate with country organizations as the finance point of contact for defined topic areas.
- Conduct analyses and deep dives to identify performance drivers, risks and opportunities.
- Support month-end close activities, forecasts and planning cycles.
Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a comparable field.
- Early professional experience in performance reporting, controlling or financial planning — ideally in an international environment.
- Strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of P&L structures and performance drivers.
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI or other reporting tools is an advantage.
- Structured, independent working style with a hands-on mentality.
- Excellent English skills and enjoyment in working with international stakeholders.
- German language skills are a plus.
- Willingness to travel occasionally completes your profile.
