About the role

  • Responsibility for regional financial consolidation across multiple countries, ensuring data quality and transparency.
  • Management of the monthly regional performance reporting, including variance analyses versus budget, forecast and prior year.
  • Contribute to the development of reporting standards, templates and timelines in coordination with central finance stakeholders.
  • Prepare structured management reports and presentations for regional leadership.
  • Support the optimization of reporting processes, including automation and improvements to data quality.
  • Collaborate with country organizations as the finance point of contact for defined topic areas.
  • Conduct analyses and deep dives to identify performance drivers, risks and opportunities.
  • Support month-end close activities, forecasts and planning cycles.

Requirements

  • Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a comparable field.
  • Early professional experience in performance reporting, controlling or financial planning — ideally in an international environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of P&L structures and performance drivers.
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI or other reporting tools is an advantage.
  • Structured, independent working style with a hands-on mentality.
  • Excellent English skills and enjoyment in working with international stakeholders.
  • German language skills are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally completes your profile.
